"Good burger, but the portions felt small"
The burger tasted good, so I don’t really have complaints about the flavor. But the portions felt small for what I paid. I also got inconsistent answers when I asked about the size and what came with the meal, which was a little frustrating. Overall, decent food, but I wish it felt more worth it.

"Friendly staff and a really nice spot"
The staff were really sound, honestly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to — like the person at the front, the staff walking around, and anyone I asked a quick question. The place itself was nice too, clean and comfortable, with a good atmosphere. Nothing felt awkward or rushed, and it just had a welcoming vibe overall

"The location was definitely handy and easy..."
The location was definitely handy and easy to get to, which was probably the best part. The food was just okay, not bad but not really memorable either. I also got a little annoyed by how some of their policies seem to have little loopholes that work in their favor, like things that aren’t super clear until you’re already there. Overall, it was fine, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

"Fast service, no fuss"
Food came out proper quick and the staff were sound, can’t say they weren’t on it. It was busy as well, so fair play to them. Only thing was a small wait to pay, but nothing major.

"Why are the fries always soggy?"
The sides were disappointing. The fries/chips came out soggy, which is such a letdown because that’s like the one thing you expect to be decent, right? The other sides were bland too, just kind of there with no real flavor. Not the worst meal ever, but come on, sides shouldn’t be this hard to get right.

"Not really what I was hoping for..."
I was expecting a decent burger, but... it just didn’t really hit the mark. The patty tasted bland, and the bun felt kind of stale, which made the whole thing a bit disappointing...

"Has anyone else found it a bit hit and miss lately?"
I’ve been a few times now and I’m not sure if it’s just me, but it feels really inconsistent lately. One visit the burger is great, then the next time it’s a bit dry or the chips come out cold. The staff are usually perfectly fine, so no issue there, but for the price I kind of expected it to be more reliable. Bit disappointing, honestly.

"Really nice vibe inside"
i mean, bunsen just has a really nice feel to it. It’s simple inside, but warm and relaxed, and the staff were super chill. It wasn’t too loud either, just had a nice little buzz going. I’d definitely go back.

"Really good burgers and super quick delivery"
Ordered takeaway from Bunsen and it arrived way quicker than I expected. The burger was still nice and hot, the chips were crispy, and everything I ordered was there. Nothing fancy, just really tasty and easy. I’d definitely order again.

"Way too long for what it was"
I went in thinking it’d be a quick bite, but the line was ridiculously long, and then we still had to wait forever after ordering. The food was fine, nothing terrible, actually, at first I was like, okay, maybe this will be worth it. But nope, by the time it came out I was just annoyed and too hungry to care. I wouldn’t rush back.

"Annoyingly Good for the Price"
I’m kind of mad because I expected this place to be average, but the food was actually really good for what I paid. They’re basically to blame for me wanting to come back now. Definitely worth the money.

"Good burger, patty was just a little pink"
The burger tasted good overall, and my gut feeling was that it was cooked nicely. The patty was just a tiny bit pink in the middle, maybe slightly under for my preference, but it didn’t feel like a big issue.

"Burger was just okay, toppings seemed a bit off"
The burger was edible, but it didn’t really taste that fresh to me. I can’t say for sure, but the lettuce seemed kind of old or like it had been sitting out too long. Overall, it was just okay

"Easy menu, quick decision"
I liked this place. The menu was simple, so it didn’t take me forever to choose what to order. I went with a burger, and it was good. The wait was a little longer than I expected, but overall I had a good time and would go back

"I walked in and my first thought..."
I walked in and my first thought was, wow, this place is really clean. The tables were spotless, and even the bathroom was kept nice too
